Antonio brings over 30 years of experience in steel fabrication and precision manufacturing. As a founding member of Dalco Engineering, he remains a hands-on leader, actively involved on the factory floor.

Known for his disciplined processes and high standards, his technical expertise ensures MDM Creations delivers complex projects with precision and consistency.

With over 30 years of experience in branding and corporate identity, Paola brings strategic insight into how furniture shapes brand perception and user experience. She translates brand values into purposeful, three-dimensional environments.

Her collaborative, solution-driven approach adds value from early concept development through to final design.

Dalco Engineering is founded by Mario Dal Medico as a fitting and turning business, laying the foundation of precision-engineering.

1990 - 2000

With the involvement of his son, Antonio Dal Medico,
the business evolves into a full-scale manufacturing
and precision engineering operation.
